Kudos to Dr Sharaan

Image
Dear All, We (your Executive Committee) want to place our sincere appreciations and gratitude on record, for the wonderful voluntary health diagnosis/prognosis provided by Dr Sharaan (our co-resident) to our staff. Dr Sharaan specializes in cardiology. He works at the SIMS Hospital, Vadapalani. Understandably, he is a very busy person. He is also a very kind and warm gentleman. We did a health check for all our staff based on his cue and getting the necessary EC approval. Dr Sharaan was kind enough to evaluate all the reports, spend time to see staff in person individually, and provide his diagnosis and prognosis for free. Amidst his busy, high priority and demanding schedule, he allocated time for this voluntary service.  On behalf of our association members and all the residents of Jains Eiffel Garden, we wish to place our sincere appreciation and thanks to Dr Sharaan on record. Thank you very much Doctor. We wish you all the very best in all your current and future endeavours. We ar

Arresting seepage from individual bathrooms - Part 2

Image
Good day to you! JEGFOWA had organized a free grouting check by its staff in each apartment. We are glad to report that this activity is getting to closure. We have many locked (unoccupied apartments) and find that some more are actually occupied but the residents don't seem to be in town. We will get the inspection completed as and when those residents are available. A majority of apartments have been checked at this time and we are ready to issue grouting mandates to owners , in batches, starting Monday. This mandate will come as an individual mail to you, if your bathroom(s) needed repair. This repair will be done at your cost. Some of you may not receive a mandate because the inspection found your flats in order. We are issuing a grouting mandate because seepage from individual bathrooms is affecting/ damaging neighbouring property and common property. Last week, a seepage episode in one bathroom, resulted in an electric shock hazard in a neighbouring apartment below. While th

Our Bore Water Quality Test Reports

At Jains Eiffel Garden, we use our bore water for purposes other than drinking and cooking. However, it is best practice to periodically test that water quality. We recently tested water quality of both bores at TWAD water testing laboratory. We ordered chemical and bacteriology tests. These samples are taken before the Water Treatment Plant and directly from the bore well output. Following is the report for bore well 1 water sample . This bore well is opposite ABCD tower entrance. Following is the report for bore well 2 water sample . This bore well is on the eastern side driveway and close to the OTS area entrance. Dr Sharaan, a qualified medical practitioner, and one of our residents has been kind enough to go through these reports and provide his observations as below. I wish to thank him on your behalf. His observations to the best of my understanding are: Bore water alkalinity, hardness are a tad above acceptable thresholds   Turbidity and Dissolved solids are way above accepta
